Shan House Bridge, Aire and Calder Navigation
Shan House Bridge, near Mickletown. This is the new course of the River Aire constructed after the breach which flooded a nearby open-cast mine.
Lemonroyd Lock, Aire and Calder Navigation
Approaching the 13' 6" deep Lemonroyd Lock. The channel on the right leads to the weir. This lock replaced the original Lemonroyd Lock and the former Kippax Lock when the new course of the river was constructed.
